Our Normal Business Hours:

Our current business hours to see appointments are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 1PM.

Evening, weekend and holiday appointments are available on a limited basis for an additional after hours fee of $100.  Please contact us via text, phone, or email and we will work to find an appointment time for your pet. ​

We regret that we are not always able to offer emergency services (we may not always be able to see a pet immediately or that day, though our schedule is unpredictable so you are welcome to leave us a message) and we are not available overnight for urgent cases. If your pet requires urgent care, please call your regular veterinarian or the Animal Emergency Clinic of Springfield at 217-698-0870.
